Wiltshire man's impressive gym routine
January is a popular time for people to get back in the gym and shed some Christmas weight from the waistline.
A 98 year old Dunkirk veteran from Wiltshire has a rather impressive routine, and it's not just for this month.
John Hamilton from Warminster goes to gym for 90 minutes a day, five days a week.
His workouts includes 20 minutes on exercise bike, 15 minutes on treadmill and 400 stomach crunches.
John exercises because he says it makes him feel happier.
