Who murdered Clara Kirton?

Family say the burden of still not knowing is 'indescribable'.

DNA testing now plays a major role in solving cold cases as tiny specks of blood, semen and sweat can yield a DNA profile that can help unlock a crime from decades ago.

Despite this progress there are limits to what science can achieve with very old cases. Is there a point at which police should give up?

Our home affairs correspondent, Danny Shaw, reports on the limits of science and Brian Kirton is the son of Clara Kirton, who was killed in 1985. Her murder remains unsolved and Brian asks for anyone with information to come forward.
