Light art celebrates town's vibrancy
A new 拢2.2m art project in Luton is celebrating the town's vibrancy and diversity.
Beacon includes a large light-box poster and projections. It was created by Luton-born artist Mark Titchner.
Arts Council England are giving charity Luton Culture almost 拢2.2m over five years to develop a 10-year cultural vision for the town.
