The planned evacuation of rebel fighters and civilians from devastated eastern Aleppo has been delayed.

The United Nations says Syrian pro-government forces in eastern Aleppo have been killing people, including women and children, on the spot in their homes and on the street.

Co-chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Syria Alison McGovern and chair of the foreign affairs select committee Crispin Blunt discuss the urgency of the situation.
