Dame Louise Casey's hard hitting report looks at how certain members within the ethnic minority communities are failing to integrate into British society. It came about after complaints that some people were not able to speak English and were therefore at a disadvantage. The report says there should be more English language courses for isolated groups. It suggests the government needs to do more to help integration and that communities also need to make it a priority. Dame Casey spoke to Harjap on the Big Debate this morning.
