'I was scarred by former coach's abuse'
450 people have now contacted police with allegations of historical child abuse suffered at football clubs. Eighteen police forces are involved in investigations.
In the latest development, six former Southampton youth players have come forward with allegations about Bob Higgins, a former youth development officer at that club. He was cleared of sexual abuse charges in 1992 and has always denied any wrongdoing.
Former Southampton youth player Dean Radford has waived his anonymity to tell the Victoria Derbyshire programme about the abuse that Mr Higgins allegedly subjected him to.
