Grace Knight is a full-time writer. Her first professional stageplay, How to Cheat... And Be a Winner!, was produced as part of Menagerie's Hotbed Festival of New Writing (2015), while And the Future Will Take Care of Itself received a rehearsed reading at Glasgow's Tron Theatre (April 2016) as well as being featured in their Progressive Playwright Award (September 2016). The play was also longlisted for the Papatango New Writing Prize. She reached the final stage of the 91Èȱ¬ Writersroom in 2015 and was shortlisted for their DramaRoom award (2016) as well as the Playwrights’ Studio Scotland New Writing Award (2014 & 2015), and the High Tide Bootcamp (2015).
