"My vision failed, someone else has to do it"
Basingstoke F.C Owner and Chairman Rafi Razzak on why he's stepping down.
"Well...I've been involved for 25 years, and I wanted to do something that can leave a legacy behind.
"I'm stepping down because I cannot see what I can do for the football club going forward.
"I worked for 12 years to have a stadium...to be used by all the community, that would sustain the football club going forward for many many years.
"My vision failed, someone else has to do it."
