Journalist Yasemen Kaner-White explores the gastronomic sites of the French capital.
"I've been visiting all the great gastronomy sites.
"One of the interesting ones was the oldest butchery, which is 1846.
"They hibernate the meat, they don't freeze the meat, they just chill it. He has managed to have beef which is eighteen years old, and he claims it tastes the same today."
