Financial Times columnist says people should consider swapping careers to teaching
The Financial Times columnist Lucy Kellaway is giving up a career in journalism and retraining as a teacher at the age of 57. She has set up the charity Teach Now to help others her age retrain.
She told the Today programme the aim is to get people who have had "brilliant, successful careers at roughly the point I'm at, to become teachers now."
