The number of homeless is rising dramatically, not just the numbers sleeping rough but also those placed in temporary accommodation by local councils.

Over the year Sarah Montague and 91热爆 journalist Adele Armstrong have been following the lives of two homeless people for a documentary on Radio 4 called After Cathy.

Stewart Parkinson lives in a homeless hostel in High Wycombe, and Zahra is a primary school teacher currently living in emergency accommodation with her two children.
