As part of Alcohol Awareness Week, a Midlands charity that helps people overcome substance abuse is trying to raise awareness of the problem of alcoholism in some Sikh communities.

The charity Aquarius wants to help people get the support that's available to help people with their addiction. People like Bhupinder Kular.
Better known as Tubsy, the bhangra star was told he wouldn't survive to his 19th birthday if he carried on drinking the way he was. Bhupinder was joined by caller Nita and Jennifer from Aquarius as they talked about why the problem is so prevalent in the Sikh community.
