Former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer says that Jose Mourinho would make you feel so 'small' if you made a mistake at training.

The Manchester United manager publicly criticised defenders Chris Smalling and Luke Shaw after their refusal to play in the club’s 3-1 win over Swansea at the Liberty Stadium, suggesting they should play through the pain barrier with injuries that they are carrying.
