'You follow your religion and let me follow mine'
"You follow your religion and let me follow mine." That's the view of Indian shooter Heena Sidhu. The former world number one and Commonwealth gold medallist has chosen not to take part in the Asian Championship in Iran because female competitors are required to wear a hijab.
The organisers have made it clear that the all female contestants will have to wear clothes in compliance with the rules of the Islamic Republic of Iran but Sidhu believes this goes against the spirit of the sport.
Listen as she explains that sporting competition should be above cultural norms.
