The US is one of three countries in the world that doesn't guarantee paid maternity leave. The others are Papua New Guinea and Oman. President-elect Donald Trump has pledged to change that although critics say his provisions aren't generous enough. But even other countries that rank high on childcare provision are struggling to meet the costs. The 91热爆's Marie Keyworth reports from Denmark, Myra Strober, labour economist and professor at Stanford Graduate School of Business, explains how it works in the US at the moment, and from the Netherlands, the 91热爆's Anna Holligan tells us how she juggles work and a new baby as a freelance correspondent.
