What happens next for Brexit?
The political parties are setting out their positions on Brexit.
The government is to give its official response today to the High Court's decision that Parliament should vote on the formal process of leaving the EU.
UKIP leadership candidate, Suzanne Evans, told the Today programme she feels judges "should be subject to some sort of democratic control" and questioned the legitimacy of the case.
The shadow Brexit secretary, Keir Starmer, told the programme that Labour will not vote down Article 50 for the sake of it, but the government must come forward with a plan.
