Hilary Benn: Ruling will not derail Brexit
The Labour MP discusses the High Court's ruling on triggering Article 50
Labour has urged the government to come out and defend the three judges behind the controversial High Court ruling on the process of leaving the EU.
The chair of the Select Committee for Exiting the EU, Hilary Benn, told the Today programme "there is a particular responsibility on the media and on politicians not to attack" the judges who made the ruling.
