Nigeria never made provisions, says Minister of State for Petroleum Resources
Much of Nigeria's economic woes are down to one thing - the price of oil. Since its steady decline over the past year or so, Nigeria has simply had less money coming in for its main export.
And while the economy is almost totally dependent on oil income, militant attacks in the Niger Delta have disrupted supply for most of this year.
The 91热爆鈥檚 Lerato Mbele sat down with Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, Nigeria's minister of petroleum resources, to find out if there is any light at the end of the tunnel.
