Martin Green selects the tracks that have inspired him as a music maker.

Martin Green is best known as the highly inventive accordionist and electronic experimentalist with Lau. In 2016, he devised a new theatre show and album called 'Flit', working collaboratively with musicians and animators, including Adrian Utley of Portishead, singers Adam Holmes and Becky Unthanks and Dominic Aitchison of Mogwai. In this hour, Martin tracks his beginnings as a folk accordionist in England, his move to Scotland and inventing the 'Sporkatron' and the other wierd and wonderful instruments he used in' Flit'. All told through the music that inspired him along the way.
