'I was on my phone texting and I crashed my car'
Would tougher penalties stop you from using your mobile phone whilst driving? New figures say more than 10,000 drivers have been stopped twice for being distracted as they're driving, often because they're using their mobiles at the wheel. If you're caught by police, you could get three points on your licence as well a fine. What's going to stop drivers using their phones behind the wheel? 'Sara' shared her story with Sheetal Parmar.
