How safe is your local trampoline park? They are hugely popular with children and dozens of new venues have popped up in recent years.

Now the International Association of Trampoline Parks has told 5 Live Breakfast it's starting a consultation on safety standards - after concerns that the number of injuries at these parks has been rising. More than a hundred people were hurt in three weeks at one park last year.

By the end of this year, there'll be 120 trampoline parks in the UK - that's 20 times more than there were in 2014.

Jed Schofield from Gravity Trampoline Park in Castleford in West Yorkshire gave us a rundown of the 5 tips to keep safe when trampoling.
