A garden gnome is being used in a one-man photographic campaign to improve road drainage.

Bryan Gibson from Cornwall told 5 live鈥檚 Emma Barnett that he鈥檚 taken 15,000 pictures of overflowing drains to highlight what he says is their "diabolical danger" and always includes his gnome next to them.

鈥淏locked road drains are causing accidents and deaths. I鈥檝e only done this because nobody will listen to me.鈥�
