A community ward at Bridlington Hospital which could be closed down under plans revealed by the East Riding Clinical Commissioning Group.

The CCG wants to move the MacMillan ward from Bridlington Hospital to the new hospital at Beverley.

The proposal is being strongly criticised today by the local health watchdog the Bridlington Health Forum.
