NHS making 'plans' to find 拢22bn in savings

Health secretary Jeremy Hunt has confirmed the NHS is "putting together plans" to make 拢22 billion in efficiency savings.

He tells Mishal Husain no healthcare system in the world has a "blank chequebook" but he will continue to work towards making things better and safer for patients.
