Apprentice star says show now lacks business content
The first winner of The Apprentice believes the show has now become more focussed on entertainment than business skills.
Tim Campbell won the show in 2005 and went on to work for Lord Sugar before setting up his own business.
Mr Campbell said: "I definitely think there is more entertainment placed in the show over lost of element of business but I do also think that the robustness of the process cannot be faulted."
He also said that the programme offers the impression that candidates almost have to "kill everyone" in business in order to get on, when from his own experience, this isn't true.
