Child protection experts are going to be visiting places of worship in London because they believe that some communities, including the Asian community, are reluctant to talk about sex, leaving youngsters vulnerable to abuse. Barnardo's, the charity, says that some religious approaches to virginity and homosexuality mean that child abuse is being ignored. Are Asian communities particularly guilty of allowing child abuse to fester? Or are these just dangerous stereotypes? Safia and Adnan argued their views.
