The Conservative MP for Richmond says the plan has 'no prospect' of going ahead
In the next few days it is widely believed that prime minister Theresa May will announce there will be a third runway at Heathrow airport. But Zac Goldsmith isn't so sure.
The Conservative MP for Richmond says the plan has "no prospect" of going ahead and in "five and ten years time we will still be arguing about it".
