The Indian Motion Picture Producers Association banned Pakistani actors from working in the Bollywood film industry. Rahul Aggarwal, a member of that organisation, resigned from his post saying his colleagues implemented the ban and that was something he could not stand by. Salman Khan and Karan Johar were just two stars who spoke out against the ban - Salman Khan said Pakistani actors are artists not terrorists. Karan Johar - whose film Ae Dil hai Mushkil stars the Pakistani actor Fawad Khan has also spoken against it. This comes AFTER several cinemas in Pakistan banned Bollywood films last.
