Lib Dems would raise taxes to fund NHS
Norman Lamb explains the bid for a "dedicated health and care tax" to show up on pay packets.
The Liberal Democrats are backing higher taxes to pay for extra spending on health services.
He told Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn: "If people can see where their money is going on this, then they may be prepared to pay a bit more. if it is very clear that the system needs more money."
