Saudi Arabia is the world's biggest oil producer but amid falling world oil prices, it has ambitious plans to diversify its economy. We talk to Simon Henderson, director of the Gulf and Energy Policy Program at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, about the obstacles that involves, including cultural ones, while Professor William Scott-Jackson, chairman of Oxford Strategic Consulting and director of the Centre for Applied HR Research, explains how things are already changing in the country.
