Chris Holmes, Britain's most decorated Paralympic swimmer and Director of Paralympic Integration for London 2012, explains the changes he has seen at the Paralympics since he took part in Seoul Games in 1988. He tells Mani Djazmi how Paralympic athletes were not allowed to stay in the athletes' village, because opinion was that they 'tainted' the building, which could then not be sold on.
