'Frankie Fredericks inspired me'
Johannes Nambala won silver in the 400m in one of the visually impaired categories at the Rio Paralympics 2016.
He and the champion Mohamed Amguoun of Morocco threw themselves over the line. It took a photograph to separate them
Nambala says he was inspired by fellow Namibian Frankie Fredericks after he won Olympic silver, and he would also like to inspire others.
