After losing a leg to cancer at 19, Iceland's Helgi Sveinsson tells Mani Djazmi that he was in total "darkness" and near to death because of drug and alcohol abuse.
However, 13 years later he picked up a javelin and has never looked back on his route to becoming a world champion.
