How to do HIIT at home

High intensity interval training exercises you can do at home. If you have any concerns about your health or have been inactive for some time check with your GP before doing these exercises.

Before each session of HIIT, you should also do 2 minutes of warm-up exercises like walking on the spot, joint rotations and low intensity versions of the exercises you are about to do.
