The Indian culture Minister says its now part of advice being handed out at airports on a list of 'do's' and 'don'ts.' Mahesh Sharma has faced a backlash from people saying he's got no right to tell any woman what she should or shouldn't wear. He has clarified his position, saying that it is in the context of religious places. But is he right to advise tourists against wearing skirts, given the danger of sexual violence? 'Riya' talked to Secunder about her childhood experience.
