Samsung recalls Note 7 phones and Rory Cellan-Jones reports on the progress of 'Internet of Things' from IFA in Berlin.

Plus, Berlin State Senator for Technology Cornelia Yzer tells Rory why she believes she can lure startups from London to her city.
