Volunteers gain entry to historic hovercraft
The car ramp to a 300 tonne former cross-channel hovercraft has been opened for the first time since it was saved from being scrapped.
The giant SRN-4 crafts went out of service in the year 2000. Since then only two remaining models, The Princess Anne and The Princess Margaret, have been at the Hovercraft Museum in Lee-on-the-Solent.
Volunteers from the museum gained access to The Princess Anne for the first time since becoming custodians of her.
91热爆 Radio Solent's Neil Sackley was there to witness the historic moment.
