Should employers be doing more to facilitate staff members who are breastfeeding mothers?
The Business Minister, Margot James MP, thinks so. She's unveiled new proposals aimed at getting employers to provide private spaces for breastfeeding mothers to express and store their milk - and also to feed their babies at work. So - is it a good idea? Is it necessary? Or the drive to tackle maternity-related discrimination putting unfair and unacceptable pressure on companies?
