Was this the most romantic moment in rugby history?
First came the medal ceremony for the winners of the first ever Olympic women's rugby sevens final. But as spectators began to leave the stadium then came another first. Marjorie Enya, a manager at the stadium, proposed to her girlfriend Isadora Cerullo, a member of the Brazilian rugby squad. We meet the couple and find out what the answer was.

And Gaurika Singh is only 13 and has already competed in the Women's 100m backstroke. She is the youngest athlete in Rio. She's representing Nepal which is where she was born, but she's grown up and trains in the UK. Ben James spoke to her alongside her father Paras.

Also we meet Carol Malone - the only British female Gymnastics judge. What does it take to do the job and can you ever be popular with the crowd.
