Should condoms be made widely available to young people from the age of thirteen?

Should young people as young as 13 be given free condoms on the NHS? Well that's the suggestion from England's health watchdog - the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. It's urging youth clubs, sexual health clinics and Gps to offer an unlimited supply to young girls and boys who are sexually active. Is a positive for encouraging safer sex? Or is it too young? Mark Carruthers spoke to Mary Russell from the Family Education Trust and Mary Crawford, the director of Brook NI, an organisation that offers free and confidential sexual health and wellbeing services for young people.
