How is Texas dealing with mass shootings?

How do you solve a problem like mass shootings on school campuses? Well, Texan politicians think the solution is arming students. If you're over 21 and pass a special course you'll be able to take a concealed gun into campus dorms, halls and classrooms under a new law. They're the eighth US state to do it too.
