Opposition MPs have called for a complete overhaul of the honours system after a newspaper published what it said were leaked details of David Cameron's resignation honours list. The list includes two major Conservative Party donors who were also Remain supporters, four Cabinet Ministers and more than 20 staff at Downing Street.
