The 22 hour piano piece
Anne Lovett explains how one piano composition by Eric Satie can take 22 hours to play.
Thirty-five pianists at the Cheltenham Music Festival are attempting to complete the full version of Eric Satie's Vexations for the first time in the UK.
While the music covers only one page, the composer gave instruction for it to be repeated, slowly, 840 times.
Anne Lovett, one of those taking part in the piano marathon, explains what it involves.
