Iceland Euro 2016 run is a 'fairytale' says president elect

Iceland鈥檚 president elect Gudni Johannesson says their run to the Euro 2016 has been a 鈥榝airytale.鈥�

Having qualified for their first ever major tournament, Iceland have reached the quarter-finals and knocked out England in the last 16.

鈥淭his is a fairytale,鈥� said Johannesson, who was elected last month and will officially take office in August.

鈥淲e feel the whole world is behind us,鈥� he added.
