Vialli tells Chelsea players: 'Shut up and listen to Conte'
Former Chelsea manager Gianluca Vialli has backed his former Juventus team-mate Antonio Conte to be a success at Stamford Bridge.
Conte will now take up the reigns at Chelsea having left his post as Italy manager following their exit at the quarter-final stage of Euro 2016, and Vialli believes the appointment is a "perfect fit".
Vialli says following last season’s disappointments, the Chelsea players need to "keep their mouths shut" and "listen to Conte".
