Waddle shocked FA don't have Hodgson successor in place
Former England winger Chris Waddle has criticised the FA for not having anyone lined up to become the next manager of the national team.
Roy Hodgson resigned as England boss on Monday following their shock exit from Euro 2016 at the hands of Iceland.
Waddle said: "I cannot believe they did not have anyone in place. Everybody said if he [Hodgson] did not do well he would be gone and now he is gone it is like, 'what do we do now?'
"This is England, it is a big country with a lot of football tradition and there is nothing lined up."
