England fan James said the major problem with the national team was a lack of players experiencing the different cultures gained by playing abroad.

His call came following England's shock 2-1 defeat against Iceland in the last 16 of Euro 2016.

"Untill our top players go and play for Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Juventus, it's never going to change," he elaborated.
