Former England winger Chris Waddle says the team possess 鈥榥o leaders鈥� following the Euro 2016 exit to Iceland.
England were beaten 2-1 in Nice, leaving Waddle to reflect on another tournament exit.
鈥淲e haven鈥檛 got leaders,鈥� he said.
鈥淭hey are all pampered, they鈥檙e all headphones and you can鈥檛 get anything out of them,鈥� Waddle added.
