Dog owners 'flouting rules in park'
A mother from Norwich is calling for greater enforcement of rules about dogs in parks.
Sarah Tunnicliffe says children are being put at risk by owners who ignore signs asking for dogs to be kept on leads in Heigham Park.
She's started a petition to raise awareness and has suggested that the old bowling green could be designated as a lead-free area.
The council says it wants everybody to enjoy the city's parks and does employ wardens but it also has "limited resources".
