Thierry Henry shocked at Vardy's Arsenal hesitation
Thierry Henry has spoken of his surprise at Jamie Vardy's hesitation over moving to Arsenal.
The Gunners have triggered a release clause in the England international's contract, and are believed to have offered him a £120,000-a-week deal.
But the Leicester City striker's representatives have told Arsenal the striker wants to focus on Euro 2016 - something which perplexed the former Arsenal striker Henry.
"He's 29, right? You have Arsenal coming for you, and you're telling them you're going to think about it?" he exclaimed to 5 live Sport's Dan Walker and former England international Danny Mills.
"Listen. All I can say is if I was playing for Leicester and I had Arsenal coming, I would have gone."
Mills added: "I would have walked to Arsenal!"
